Hello all,
On Sunday 2nd July, Dublin Sketchers are
meeting at Mud Island Community Garden, Newcomen Court, North Strand, Dublin 3.
Mud Island is a Community Garden run by the residents of
Ballybough who have kindly invited us to sketch there this weekend. We will meet at the entrance at 2pm.
This is a place we have never been before and it may be a
little difficult to find as it is hidden down a laneway behind a row of houses. It is very close to where the North Strand
Road crosses the Royal Canal. Keep an
eye out for a pub called Cusacks and a Café called Cloud Café, and you are very
close.
At 4pm we hope to be able to provide you with a complimentary
cup of tea/coffee inside the garden.
Feel free to bring your own snack or something to share if you
like.
Dublin Sketchers is FREE – just bring your own materials.
