On Sunday the 24th April Dublin Sketchers are going to the National Gallery. There is an exhibition of 10 Da Vinci sketches. If you are interested in this exhibition, the website says you should book a ticket at website below. The tickets are free but they want to control numbers.
There is also going to be a march/parade going from Merrion Sq to O Connell st which starts at 2pm that is related to 1916. If the weather is nice and it's not too crowded, you could possibly try and draw people at that.

From 4pm, we'll gather for a coffee at the cafe of gallery. A bunch of people who look like sketchers will magically appear.Since it's 100 years since the proclamation, your optional challenge is to imagine the past so maybe draw people in clothes from the past.

If anyone is interested in drawing tomorrow Saurday 23rd, there is a drawing group who go drawing in various parts of the country. They will be in Dublin this weekend and have invited any interested members to join them. Tomorrow they are going to the experimental archaeology centre in UCD. They are meeting at 12.
